A Quick Note From Andy
I believe buying books should be simple, friendly and completely hassle-free.
These policies exist to keep everything fair for everyone, but if something unexpected happens, just get in touch.
You'll be speaking directly to me—not a chatbot, not a call centre, and definitely not a lawyer.
The Boring (But Important) Stuff
I'd much rather be riding a motorcycle than writing legal pages, but apparently these things are necessary...
So here's the short version.
Ordering Books
Every book you order here comes directly from me.
I write them.
I sign them.
I pack them.
I take them on my bicycle to the local post office every morning (except Sundays).
If, for some strange reason, I ever run out of stock, I'll let you know as quickly as possible.
Book prices may occasionally change, but once you've placed an order, the price you paid is the price you pay.
Dispatch & Delivery
I usually sign, pack and dispatch orders within one working day.
Once the post office has your parcel, delivery times are largely in their capable hands rather than mine.
If you're buying a gift in a hurry, I'd recommend selecting Next Day postage.
Personalised & Signed Copies
Unless you specifically request me not to every book ordered from this website is personally signed.
If you've asked me to write a personalised inscription, I'll do my best to follow your request exactly. Please - no emojis, I am a writer not an artist!
Returns & Problems
Because most books are personally signed and often personalised, I can't usually accept returns simply because you've changed your mind.
However...
If your parcel arrives damaged...

...or something isn't right...

Using This Website
Please don't do anything illegal, try to hack the website or pretend to be someone else.
I'd much rather spend my evenings writing books than fixing broken websites.
Product Photos
I try to make the books look exactly as they are depicted.
Occasionally colours may appear slightly different depending on print runs etc, but I promise I haven't secretly changed the covers overnight.
Errors
Every now and then I make a typo.
I'm an author...
...which is slightly embarrassing.
If you spot one on the website, I'll fix it as soon as possible.
If I accidentally list something incorrectly, I reserve the right to correct it.
Privacy
I hate spam every bit as much as you do.
If you join my newsletter, I'll occasionally send you updates about new books, adventures and special offers.
I will never sell your details.
